Qualifications

• 4-6 years in Supply Chain Management.
• Good understanding of semiconductor engineering and production processes.
• Experience with sample management and product lifecycle management.
• Strong data visualization with Tableau/Power BI.

Job Description:

In this role, candidate will be responsible for managing engineering samples, overseeing product creation, and driving successful ramp-up production to meet customer demand. Also, play a key role in business change management (BCM), collaborating closely with various teams to ensure smooth product transitions and align production with market needs.

Your role

Key responsibilities in your new role

• Manage NPI sample builds and ramp production, ensuring on-time delivery aligned with customer demand.
• Lead engineering sample forecasting (ESFC), wafer starts, and build tracking across Frontend and Backend operations.
• Coordinate capacity planning, slot bookings, and material readiness to support smooth engineering and ramp-up activities.
• Cross-functional collaboration to ensure a seamless transition from development to volume production.

Product Creation in Master Data:

• Set up and update master data according to product phase milestones.
• Enable milestone releases in product BNRs upon milestone achievement.

Business Change Management (BCM):

• Act as a project manager for the BCM flow by taking full ownership of project till closure.
• Set up customer PCN sample strategies.
• Review and assess qualification plans.

Order fulfilment:

• Ensure sample order fulfillment to support NPI and Design In’s
• Maintain Safety stock and optimal inventory
• Plan and execute replenishment of Samples and avoid long lead times

Your profile

Qualifications and skills to help you succeed

• Bachelor’s/Masters degree preferably in Mechanical Engineering/Industrial engineering & management
• 4-6 years of experience working in domains of Supply Chain Management
• Good understanding of semiconductor engineering and production processes, milestone tracking and master data setup is a plus
• Strong experience in sample management, product lifecycle management, or similar roles.
• Ability to create compelling, interactive, and insightful Tableau/Power BI dashboards and reports that effectively communicate business insights.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment and adjust to changing business needs and priorities.
• Ability to identify and resolve issues quickly and efficiently, particularly during product ramp-ups or changes.
