Qualifikationen

• Masters or Bachelors in Economics or MBA / sustainability, corporate responsibility, finance, environmental science, business administration, economics or related field.
• 4–6 years of experience in strategy advisory, research (quantitative and qualitative | secondary) at a leading professional services/consulting firm/market intelligence/research firm.
• Experience in consulting projects and conducting independent secondary research; strong hands-on experience using Generative AI as part of day-to-day tasks.
• Strong analytical and numerical skills; confident with Excel; basic exposure to modelling or analytics tools is desirable.

• Help incubate research and analytics efforts: gather datasets, run preliminary analyses, maintain benchmarking spreadsheets and contribute ideas for innovation and new capability.
• Support project management tasks such as tracking timelines, preparing progress updates, coordinating meeting notes and follow-ups to ensure timely delivery and quality.
• Build and maintain stakeholder communications by preparing client-ready materials, drafting emails, and responding to routine client queries under supervision.

We are seeking a talented individual to join our Research team, part of our risk, reinsurance and capital business at Marsh. This role will be based in Pune. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.

We will count on you to:

What you need to have:
