Job summary

NiCE is seeking a Senior Specialist Project Manager - Compliance to lead complex regulatory tech projects (SURVEIL-X & NTR-X) for global clients, ensuring on-time delivery and strong cross-functional collaboration. You will manage project plans, governance, risks, and stakeholder communications, while guiding teams across Product, R&D, Operations, and Professional Services in a hybrid work model.

• Experience leading Cloud Migration, SaaS implementation, or technology transformation initiatives.
• Strong knowledge of project governance, risk management, and delivery best practices.
• Experience leading cross-functional and globally distributed teams.
• Excellent stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
• Ability to manage risks, escalations, dependencies, and governance reporting.
• Experience with Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery models.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Willingness to work in a hybrid model and support global customers, including US business hours when required.

As a Senior Specialist Project Manager - Compliance (SURVEIL-X & NTR-X), you will lead complex compliance, SaaS, cloud migration, and regulatory technology projects for global customers. Have you got what it takes?

11-15 years of project management experience in Compliance, Financial Services, Technology, or other regulated industries.

Experience leading Cloud Migration, SaaS implementation, or technology transformation initiatives.

Excellent stakeholder management and executive communication skills.

You will have an advantage if you also have:

Experience in Compliance, AML, Financial Crime, Trade Surveillance, Risk Management, or RegTech.

Exposure to Security, Privacy, and Regulatory Compliance frameworks.

PMP, PRINCE2, or similar certification.

Experience with SURVEIL-X, NTR-X, or similar compliance SaaS platforms.

Experience leading Cloud, AI/GenAI, or Digital Transformation programs.

Consulting, Professional Services, or customer-facing delivery experience.
