Job summary

Randstad GCC is seeking a Senior Specialist to design, build, and maintain high-performance backend services and microservices deployed on AWS. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to guide architectural decisions and deliver robust software powering Randstad's core products.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of production-grade backend experience, deep Java knowledge, and hands-on Spring Boot/Spring Data expertise.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of professional software engineering experience delivering production-grade backend applications.
• Deep understanding of Core Java, OOP principles, design patterns, and multithreading.
• Hands-on experience with Spring Boot, Spring Data, or similar Java frameworks.
• Experience building RESTful APIs and working with relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL.
• Strong analytical skills and troubleshooting distributed systems.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain clean, scalable microservices on AWS.
• Drive architectural decisions and optimize system performance.
• Ensure code quality through reviews, tests, and CI/CD practices.
