Job summary

Baxter in Bengaluru seeks a Senior Business Analyst to identify, analyze and evaluate requirements for PLM & Design systems and implement solutions for projects and enhancements. You will translate business needs into detailed use cases, validate processes, and support training materials for users.

You will lead requirements gathering, collaborate with global teams, and manage deployments while ensuring compliance with GxP, CSV and SDLC standards.

Qualifications

• 8–12 years of experience as a business analyst.
• 3+ years supporting PLM, scientific or enterprise apps in Life Sciences, Medical Device or Pharma.
• Hands-on in Agile environments with JIRA and ALM tools.
• Experience in GxP-regulated environments including 21 CFR Part 11, CSV, and SDLC.

• Partner with Business and IT to deliver PLM solutions for product development, change management, and regulatory compliance.
• Lead requirements gathering, process analysis, and documentation of business requirements and use cases.
• Support and enhance Siemens Teamcenter and/or PTC Windchill, including data migration and global deployments.
• Drive testing, validation, and release activities in line with GxP, CSV and SDLC requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment using JIRA and ALM to manage deliverables.
• Provide application expertise, user training and guidance to maximize adoption and business value.

Your Role at Baxter

The Business Analyst will be responsible for identifying, analyzing and evaluating requirements for the Baxter’s PLM & Design systems and implementing solutions for projects and enhancements. The incumbent will analyze business processes, identify, evaluate, develop and or redesign systems and procedures to meet user requirements. Create detailed written use cases and user requirements for developers. Provide consultation to customers on business process redesign. Assist in the development of system documentation and training materials as well as training processes.

What you’ll be doing

• Partner with Business and IT stakeholders to deliver PLM solutions that support product development, change management, and regulatory compliance.
• Lead requirements gathering, process analysis, and documentation of business requirements, workflows, and use cases.
• Support and enhance Siemens Teamcenter and/or PTC Windchill, including system improvements, integrations, data migration, and global deployments.
• Drive testing, validation, and release activities in compliance with GxP, CSV, and SDLC requirements.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams in an Agile environment, utilizing JIRA and ALM tools to manage requirements and project deliverables.
• Provide application expertise, user support, training, and guidance to maximize adoption and business value.
• Identify opportunities to improve PLM processes, data quality, and system performance.

What you’ll bring

• Strong background in business analysis, requirements gathering, system testing, validation, and solution delivery with 8–12 years of experience.
• 3+years of experience supporting PLM, scientific, or enterprise applications within the Life Sciences, Medical Device, or Pharmaceutical industry.
• Working knowledge of Siemens Teamcenter and/or PTC Windchill is good to have.
• Hands‑on experience in GxP‑regulated environments, including 21CFR Part11, Computer System Validation (CSV), and SDLC.
• Experience with Siemens Teamcenter and/or PTC Windchill.
• Experience working in Agile environments with hands‑on use of JIRA and Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) tools to support requirements management, project execution, testing, and delivery.
• Proven ability to collaborate with global cross‑functional teams and translate business needs into effective system solutions.
• Excellent communication, problem‑solving, and stakeholder management skills.
• Self‑driven team player who thrives in a fast‑paced environment and can manage multiple priorities with minimal supervision.
