Concentrix is seeking a Senior Specialist Facilities in Kolkata to oversee facility management and ensure 99.99% uptime for critical infrastructure. The role covers daily operations, engineering services, vendor governance, budgeting, and compliance with safety standards.

You will coordinate with landlords and internal stakeholders, drive cost optimizations, and support audits while maintaining workplace excellence and business continuity. 5–8 years of relevant experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• 5-8 years of experience in Facility Management, Engineering Operations, Corporate Real Estate, or Integrated Facility Management.
• Experience in IT/ITES, BPO, commercial, or corporate facilities preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver Facility Management services across assigned facilities, ensuring operational efficiency and regulatory compliance.
• Manage day-to-day facility operations, engineering services, vendor performance, asset governance, and workplace services.
• Support budgeting, invoice validation, purchase orders, accruals, and cost optimization initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with statutory, regulatory, environmental, health, and safety requirements.
• Prepare operational reports, KPI dashboards, and management updates; participate in audits.

Senior Specialist Facilities

Role and Key Responsibilities

• The Sr. Specialist Facilities is responsible for the effective delivery of Facility Management services across assigned facilities, ensuring operational efficiency, infrastructure reliability, regulatory compliance, business continuity, and enhanced workplace experience.
• The role manages day-to-day facility operations, engineering services, vendor performance, asset governance, workplace services, budgeting, and stakeholder engagement to support uninterrupted business operations.
• 5-8 years of experience in Facility Management, Engineering Operations, Corporate Real Estate, or Integrated Facility Management.
• Experience in IT/ITES, BPO, commercial, or corporate facilities preferred.
• Manage daily facility operations including housekeeping, helpdesk, mailroom, pest control, and workplace services.
• Oversee maintenance of critical infrastructure including electro-mechanical installations including AMC and periodic maintenance of the assets to ensure 99.99% uptime, facilitating zero downtime to Concentrix business operations.
• Ensure timely execution of preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance activities.
• Monitor vendor performance and ensure compliance with contractual KPIs and SLAs.
• Plan, coordinate, and manage all facility-related requirements for client visits, leadership visits, and customer audits.
• Coordinate with landlords, service providers, and internal stakeholders to resolve operational issues and maintain facility standards.
• Manage asset records, inventory, consumables, and periodic physical verification activities.
• Support budgeting, invoice validation, purchase orders, accruals, and cost optimization initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with statutory, regulatory, environmental, health, and safety requirements.
• Participate in internal, external, customer, and regulatory audits and ensure timely closure of observations.
• Monitor energy consumption and support sustainability and carbon reduction initiatives.
• Prepare operational reports, KPI dashboards, and management updates.
• Support emergency response, crisis management, and business continuity programs.
