Qualifications

• 5–11 years of experience in ERP systems.
• Expertise with Workday Integration tools (Studio and EIB), Report Writer, and Calculated Fields.
• Experience with Web services - REST and SOAP API programming and implementation.
• Exposure to Workday Financial SKUs: Core Financials, Accounts Payable, or Accounts Receivable/Revenue Management.
• Strong knowledge of the Workday Security model and configuration.
• Workday Extend and Prism familiarity is a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Provide solutions for recurring issues and incidents to improve efficiency.
• Perform end-to-end testing and build test cases.
• Participate in Software Development Life Cycle phases and follow processes to ensure quality.

Nasdaq Technology is looking for a passionate Workday Technical Specialist with expertise in the Workday product suite to join the Bangalore technology center in India.

As a senior technical analyst, you will play a key role in the delivery of complex technical systems of varying sizes to new and existing customers and will be part of discovering new technologies within the FinTech industry.

Your role and responsibilities

• Receive, analyze, process, handle and address technical user inquiries and requests
• Provide technical solutions and configure the application per business requirements, such that it needs minimal deviation from delivered processes
• Build and maintain integrations with internal systems and third-party vendors
• Complete recurring and ad-hoc activities/processes required to maintain and administrate Financials systems
• Build technical specification documents for new Integrations and Reports and document solutions for future reference
• Provide solutions for efficiency, especially for areas that see recurring issues and incidents
• Perform end-to-end testing and build test cases
• Participate and carry out various phases of Software Development Process
• Follow established processes to ensure quality of work you're completing

We expect you to have

• At least 5 to 11 years of experience in ERP systems
• Expertise in using Workday Integration tools (Studio and EIB), Report Writer, and Calculated Fields
• Expertise with Web services - REST and SOAP API programming and implementation
• Significant exposure to Workday Financial SKUs; including one or more of the following SKUs - Core Financials, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable / Revenue Management
• Sophisticated knowledge of the Workday Security model and configuration
• Expertise with Workday Extend and Prism is a bonus

Education Qualification

Bachelor/Master in computer science or other engineering fields
