Job summary

Anaqua in India is seeking a highly motivated IP professional with Patents, Trademark and Data validation knowledge to support our growth goals. You will audit patent/trademark portfolios, migrate portfolios into SAAS software via Excel, and ensure efficient, on-time project delivery with a high quality standard.

You will update software databases and communicate with clients/attorneys over conference calls as needed, while staying updated on changes to commercial IP law.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in any field required.
• Proficient in Japanese language (N3 or higher).
• 2-3 years of experience with Japanese clients.
• Experience with portfolio onboarding, ETL and data mapping.
• IP domain knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

Skills/ Experience Required

• Experience in the field of Intellectual Property (IP) will be preferred


• Prior Anaqua AQX or RH knowledge will be preferred


• Sound knowledge of MS-Office (Excel skill is must)


• Good analytical & interpersonal skills
