The role combines product ownership with hands‑on data validation, working closely with data engineers to refine transformation logic and drive data quality outcomes. The position requires collaboration with US‑based engineering and business teams during an IST evening shift.

Job Description

The role involves end‑to‑end product management for data domains including Lease, Sales, Finance, and Contacts. You will own roadmaps, requirements, vendor delivery, consumer adoption, and data product onboarding while ensuring data quality, governance, and ontology standards are met.

This is a hands‑on position requiring regular interaction with data engineers to review SQL, validate pipeline outputs across bronze, silver, and gold layers, investigate data quality issues, and verify fixes end‑to‑end. You will also maintain data source coverage, facilitate technical working sessions, and translate between business requirements and technical constraints.

The role includes Agile delivery, backlog ownership, sprint planning, and governance activities using tools such as Jira, Confluence, Collibra, and SODA. Collaboration with US‑based teams requires an 8:00 AM–1:00 PM US Central Time overlap, equivalent to approximately 7:30 PM–12:30 AM IST, with remaining hours flexible during the IST daytime.
