Responsibilities

• Domain ownership for Lease Sales Finance and Contacts; roadmap requirements, vendor delivery, adoption
• Validate data outputs across bronze, silver, gold layers; define test cases and verify transformation logic
• Collaborate with data engineers to review outputs, diagnose gaps, iterate transformation logic
• Track data sources across 31 sources; monitor onboarding, refresh, quality gaps
• Engage stakeholders; translate technical constraints to business requirements
• Deliver data products; onboarding marketplace, ensure DQ and ontology standards before go-live
• Own domain scorecards, lineage and stewardship workflows in Collibra and SODA
• Support Agile delivery; sprint planning, backlog ownership, Jira/Confluence standards across two vendors

We are looking for an experienced MDM Product Manager to lead Master Data Management initiatives and drive product strategy, roadmap execution, and stakeholder engagement across enterprise data platforms.

Product Manager :

This is a handson technically engaged PM role You will own domain workstreams end to end work daily with data engineers to validate and refine transformation logic and be accountable for data quality outcomes not just delivery milestones

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Domain ownership End to end PM for Lease Sales Finance and Contacts Gold domains roadmap requirements vendor delivery and consumer adoption
• Data analysis testing Actively validate data outputs across bronze silver and gold layers help to define test cases verify transformation logic produces accurate complete results
• Engineer collaboration Work daily with data engineers to review outputs diagnose gaps iterate transformation logic and confirm fixes endtoend
• Data source tracking Maintain coverage across 31 sources track onboarding status refresh frequency and quality gaps so nothing falls through the cracks
• Stakeholder engagement Run working sessions with engineers architects and business stakeholders translate between technical constraints and business requirements
• Data product delivery Own PM coverage for marketplace onboarding ensure DQ DG and ontology standards are met before golive
• DQDG governance Own domain scorecards lineage and stewardship workflows in Collibra and SODA as an ongoing practice not a onetime setup
• Agile delivery Sprint planning backlog ownership and JiraConfluence standards across two implementation vendors

YOURE A STRONG FIT IF YOU HAVE

• 5- 14 YEars years in Product Management at least 3 years on data platform or MDM programs
• Handson experience working with data engineers reviewing SQL validating pipeline outputs iterating on transformation logic
• Experience with data testing validation and root cause analysis on data quality issues
• SQL literacy you can read interpret and question a query coding not required
• Familiarity with Snowflake Collibra SODA or Reltio MDM concepts is a strong advantage
• Ability to run technical working sessions and drive to decisions not just facilitation
• Excellent English communication comfortable presenting to senior business stakeholders
• Prior experience with USbased engineering teams in a global delivery model
