Job Description:

We are seeking a talented individual to join our Commercial Center of Excellence team at Marsh. This role will be based in Gurgaon. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.

The role is designed to support Pacific regions Sales operations and is responsible for CRM (Microsoft Dynamics 365) support to business teams by driving strong system adoption, keeping CRM data accurate, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations through user support, data requests, testing support, and license management.

We will count on you to:

• Deliver strong CRM execution for the Pacific regionby performing CRM data management activities, maintaining data hygiene across core workflows, and following established CRM standards and processes.
• Manage daily user support and request deliveryby handling CRM and webCAS (Internal Invoice System) enquiries, tracking tickets/requests to closure, and fulfilling routine data/reporting requests from business systems within agreed SLAs and quality checks.
• Support data quality and platform readiness activitiesby completing regular remediation tasks (leaver owners, expired/inactive records, missing fields, client activity updates), assisting with CRM UAT, and supporting user access/license administration in line with controls.
• Support regional sales operations and performance trackingby helping maintain key metrics, preparing inputs for reporting, and working with stakeholders across geographies to understand market needs and priorities.
• Provide data-driven support to commercial teamsby analyzing available data to identify trends and opportunities, improve sales efficiency, and support business development activities across Pacific.

What you need to have:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Data Analytics, or a related field; a Master’s degree in Statistics, Business Analytics, or a similar discipline is a plus.
• 4-6 years of proven experience in sales excellence environment, with a strong ability to manage CRM data and support actionable intelligence that drive business strategies and enhance sales performance.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage resources effectively, demonstrating agility by adapting to evolving business needs and requirements.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate ideas clearly and effectively across various channels and audiences, ensuring alignment and understanding within the team and with stakeholders.
• Ability to build and maintain strong interpersonal relationships across the business and with stakeholders, fostering collaboration and trust to achieve common goals.
• Great problem-solving abilities to identify and resolve data discrepancies, ensuring data integrity and accuracy while leveraging insights to drive strategic decision‑making and enhance overall business performance.
