Job summary

Bristlecone India Limited seeks a Senior Specialist – Change Management to independently own end-to-end OCM workstreams for AI and digital transformation initiatives. The role blends strategic change expertise with AI‑augmented insights, real‑time analytics, and DAP execution while serving as the primary client liaison and coach for emerging OCM practices.

You will lead workshops, mentor junior consultants, and drive adoption metrics across hybrid environments.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in organizational change management, preferably in AI/digital transformation.
• Proven expertise in AI-augmented change strategy, analytics, and DAP implementation.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with experience in hybrid/virtual environments.
• Advanced data-driven analytical abilities; comfortable with real-time dashboards and sentiment analysis.
• Hands-on experience with Digital Adoption Platforms and AI-enabled survey/assessment tools.
• Excellent executive-level communication and AI-assisted storytelling capabilities.
• Demonstrated ability to facilitate virtual workshops and lead cross-functional teams.
• Solid understanding of business processes and the digital transformation lifecycle.
• Experience coaching junior consultants and fostering emerging OCM practices.
• Adaptable, proactive, and able to navigate ambiguity and rapid change.

Responsibilities

• Manage full OCM workstreams for AI/digital transformation programs, from planning to delivery.
• Develop and execute change strategies using AI-powered insights, adoption monitoring, and predictive analytics.
• Design stakeholder engagement plans, influence maps, and sentiment analysis across hybrid environments.
• Conduct organizational readiness assessments leveraging AI-driven survey tools and real-time data.
• Implement and configure Digital Adoption Platforms (DAP) and create micro-learning content.
• Identify and mitigate resistance, change fatigue, and adoption barriers.
• Facilitate virtual/hybrid workshops and client status sessions using digital collaboration tools.
• Own project plans, risk/issue logs, and adoption dashboards; drive status discussions with clients.
• Analyze adoption metrics, sentiment data, and dashboard insights to inform decision-making.
• Coach and mentor 1-2 junior consultants on emerging OCM practices and AI-enabled methodologies.
