Job summary

Apex Group in Pune seeks a Geneva Reporting/Support Manager to lead Geneva-related reporting and migration efforts. The role demands 10–15 years of experience in Geneva support, fund structures, and complex investments, with strong data, Excel, and vendor coordination skills.

You will connect with operations and auditors to resolve issues, manage a team, and ensure timely, accurate NAV/GAV reporting and reconciliations across global funds.

Qualifications

• Good understanding of GLMAPs.
• Able to connect with Business/Client to get requirements and convert into reports.
• Worked on Geneva upgrade & migration.
• Dealing with complex investments (swaps, bank debt, and convertible bonds) and hedge fund structures.
• Reconciliations and break resolutions.
• Corporate Actions, Fee Accruals, Management/Performance fee Calculations, PnL Allocations and NAV/GAV understanding.
• Good understanding of Geneva Fund Structures.
• Good understanding of Geneva Fund Setup & Allocation.
• Should have better knowledge of security & pricing setup.
• Should be expert on Hedge fund migration & new fund onboarding.

Responsibilities

• Handle reporting issues and new requirements raised by operations.
• Strong analytical, problem solving, and troubleshooting abilities.
• Create and maintain business documentation, including user manuals and guides.
• Able to lead the team
