HypTechie in Navi Mumbai is seeking a seasoned Senior Specialist - Business Analysis with a strong Pega background. The role requires 7-11 years of business analysis experience, with at least 5 years on the Pega platform, bridging business needs with IT to support enterprise applications in the financial sector.

You will lead requirement sessions, translate processes into BRD/Functional Specs/User Stories, and design interfaces and data mappings, collaborating with business and technical teams

Qualifications

• 7-11 years of overall business analysis experience, with at least 5 years on Pega.
• Pega Certified Business Architect (CBA) certification is mandatory.
• Strong background in defining Business Processes using Pega in the financial services domain.
• In-depth knowledge of Pega methodologies (Scrum/Agile).
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proven ability to translate complex business requirements into functional specifications.
• Good understanding of interface integration technologies.
