Job summary

LTM is seeking a Business Systems Analyst (Travel Domain) to bridge business requirements with technology solutions, focusing on end-to-end travel operations and GDS integrations. The role emphasizes hands-on work with Sabre, Amadeus, and Travelport, plus strong data analysis and documentation skills.

Ideal candidates will have 7+ years in the travel domain, with experience in Reservations, Ticketing, EMD, and NDC.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in business systems analysis in travel domain.
• Hands-on exposure to GDS platforms Sabre Amadeus Travelport.
• Experience with API mapping and data formats (JSON/XML).
• Strong SQL and data analysis skills.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication.

Responsibilities

• Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and IT teams to translate business needs into functional and technical requirements.
• Analyze and document travel business processes including Reservations, Ticketing, EMD, Exchanges & Refunds.
• Work extensively with GDS systems (Sabre/Amadeus/Travelport) for booking, pricing, shopping, fare quotes, and ticketing workflows.
• Support NDC integrations and API mapping, including analysis of JSON and XML payloads.
• Perform data analysis using SQL and other data tools to support business decisions.
• Create clear documentation such as BRDs, FRDs, process flows, and use cases.
• Collaborate with development and QA teams through the full software development lifecycle (SDLC).
• Drive process optimization and efficiency improvements in dynamic, high-volume environments.
• Support stakeholders with data visualization, reporting, and insights.

Job Summary

We are seeking a Business Systems Analyst (BSA) with strong experience in the travel domain, specifically within travel agencies, to bridge business requirements and technology solutions. The ideal candidate will have hands-on exposure to GDS platforms (Sabre/Amadeus/Travelport), end-to-end travel operations, and strong technical understanding of data and integrations in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
