Job summary

• 4+ years of experience in Solutions Consulting, Sales Engineering, Technical Consulting, or a similar customer-facing technical role.
• Understanding of software, APIs, cloud technologies, data, and enterprise technology environments.
• Experience translating business requirements into technical solutions.
• Presentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Job Description

As a Solution Consultant, you will be a trusted technical advisor to customers, helping them understand how our solutions can address their most important business challenges. You will translate customer goals and use cases into technical solutions, demonstrate value through compelling product and solution experiences, and recommend the right approach to deployment. You’ll partner closely with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Solution Architects to move opportunities from discovery through technical validation.

This role operates on US-aligned working hours (5:30 PM to 2:30 AM IST) to support stakeholder collaboration.

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 4+ years of experience in Solutions Consulting, Sales Engineering, Technical Consulting, or a similar customer-facing technical role.
• Understanding of software, APIs, cloud technologies, data, and enterprise technology environments.
• Experience translating business requirements into technical solutions.
• Presentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Problem-solving skills and ability to operate effectively in ambiguous, fast-paced environments.
• Experience partnering with Sales and cross-functional teams in a customer-facing environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting enterprise customers through complex technical sales cycles.
• Experience with AI/ML, Generative AI, LLMs, MCP, or other emerging technologies.
• Experience building technical demos, prototypes, or proof-of-concepts.
• Experience with enterprise SaaS platforms, APIs, integrations, and cloud technologies.
• Experience working with senior technical and business stakeholders.
• Strong understanding of enterprise security, data privacy, and deployment considerations.
• Experience in a high-growth technology company or complex enterprise environment.
