You will work with SQL, Snowflake, Power BI, and Tableau to turn complex data into actionable recommendations and mentor junior team members in advanced analytics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS/Engineering with strong data analytics skills and 5+ years of practical experience in dashboards and visualization.
• Experience with Snowflake database and statistical modelling techniques.
• Proficient in Python and data storytelling to present insights clearly.
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Job will be based at Bangalore, Whitefield office ( WFO) for 5 days in a week.

What role you will play in team

Globally provide support to Procurement organization by assisting in deriving valuable business insights & propose solutions for strategic business planning through visualization by developing and maintaining dashboards. Develop, maintain, and enhance analytical tools and visualizations using various systems like SQL server, Snowflake database, tableau and PowerBI.

What you will do

• Develop, maintain, and enhance dashboards and visualizations for Procurement department capturing the key KPIs and metrics, using analytical tools like PowerBI, Tableau, Snowflake and SQL database.
• Identify problem statements and hypothesize data backed solutions. Scaling from ambiguous problems to structured solutions using critical thinking without AI , utilizing statistics and data science concepts
• Develop logic & calculations for metrics, build customized insights to support procurement stakeholders on local, regional and global basis.
• Collaborate effectively with Engagement Leads, Procurement commercial and operation Teams, Data Engineering and Procurement Management to understand the requirements and deliver the analytical needs.
• Regularly engage stakeholders to provide status updates and address any potential opportunities with the metrics or data sets. Troubleshot issues related to data and dashboards as and when needed.
• Prepare technical & functional documentation, Train end-users on new dashboards and reports.
• Lead the execution of dashboard and insights-related components within the annual value delivery plan and strategic initiatives. Liaison between stakeholders and internal analytics team.
• Manage data-side system migrations and updates, and ensure timely incorporation of changes into analytics solutions
• Provide insightful data analysis to support senior stakeholders on local, regional or global basis and communicates complex data analysis in a concise but meaningful manner
• Actively guide and mentor other members of the team in fulfilling their duties by coaching them on more advanced data analysis or on how to develop a clear opportunity set
• Proactively identify data-related challenges, outline clear action plans, share progress with stakeholders, and highlight insights and opportunities within the data.
• Maintain existing analytics deliverables while driving continuous improvements to boost adoption and impact through effective change management

About you

Required Skills and Qualification:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science/Engineer with minimum 6 CGPA with Comprehensive knowledge and minimum 5 years practical experience on data analytics including building dashboards and visualization tools – SQL, , Power BI desktop,Python and modelling.
• Experience in Snowflake database
• Applied knowledge and experience in Statistical modelling and analysis techniques
• intermediate level of Python programming and a flexibility to learn and adapt to new tools and systems
• Strong knowledge in Advance data analytics or Data Science is preferred (data modelling, statistical analysis, Tableau desktop and ability to apply machine learning algorithms to predict outcomes and trends.)
• Should carry Analytical mindset to be able to work with massive amounts of data. Utilize storytelling techniques to present data and insights in a way that drives decision-making and inspires action
• Project management knowledge is an added advantage, to effectively plan, coordinate, and deliver analytics solutions within defined timelines and expectations.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills and being able to work in a diverse team environment.
• Self-motivated and to be able to work with minimal supervision.
