What role you will play in our team

Analytics Advisor providing high‑quality, accurate, and timely data delivery services. The ideal candidate will use internal and external datasets to deliver dashboards and standard reports and implement continuous improvement to streamline and automate business processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluating business processes: identify opportunities for automation.
• Designing automation solutions: develop detailed process documentation and diagrams.
• Implementing automation systems: design, test and deploy automation scripts and systems.
• Collaborating with departments: work with various teams to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Training and support: provide training and ongoing support to staff on the use of automation tools.
• Staying updated: keep abreast of latest trends and technologies in automation.
• Reviewing and updating processes: regularly review and update automation processes to keep them efficient.
• Addressing technical issues: troubleshoot and resolve technical problems related to automation systems.
• Continuous improvement: transform and streamline business and reporting processes.
• Break‑fix support: troubleshoot application issues and provide break‑fix solutions.
• Intermediate to advance skills: 3+ years experience in SQL, Python, Snowflake.
• Experience building end‑user apps and establishing data connections to platforms including cloud services.

Qualifications

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Minimum bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
• Work experience in the oil and gas industry with understanding of user requirements for standard reporting.
• Relationship management: control scope/demand for report delivery services.
• Process management: apply continuous improvement processes to streamline report delivery using CI tools and analytics technologies.
• Technical experience: at least 3 years with Python, Snowflake, SQL, or other programming languages.

Preferred Skills and Qualifications:

• ETL, Dataiku, Azure Cloud computing, AI, ML, Business intelligence tools.
