Nokia is seeking SW Test engineers to contribute to the IP Routing SW stack, building core routers for data centers, AI fabrics, and service provider networks. You will join a close-knit team dedicated to high-quality, scalable networking products.

Responsibilities include end-to-end feature ownership, specializing in datacenter and AI networks, and writing modular automation code. You’ll collaborate with product management and software developers to meet customer needs and deliver robust

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree with 3–10 years of relevant networking and software automation experience.
Experience with Layer-2/Layer-3 switching and routing.
Proficiency in Python or Golang and automation frameworks.
Experience in virtualized environments (KVM, Docker, Kubernetes) and SONiC test infrastructure.

Responsibilities

Own software features end to end and ensure their quality across products and platforms.
Specialize in datacenter and AI networks.

Qualifications

Exposure to any of the below domains:
- Layer-2 switching and layer-3 routing
- Routing protocols (ospf, isis, bgp)
- Multicast (pim, igmp)
- Segment Routing
- Mpls (ldp, rsvp-te)
- Evpns with vxlan, mpls, sr-te underlays
- QoS (policers, schedulers, shapers)

Automation experience in python, golang or any programming language

Experience in virtualized environments such as kvm, dockers, and Kubernetes

Contribution to SONiC test infrastructure and automation frameworks

Good communication skills to work with different engineering teams

Proven aptitude for methodical problem solving, good communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work well in a close-knit team.
