Job summary

Nokia in Bengaluru seeks a Junior Verification Engineer to support verification, testing, and maintenance across hardware, software, and systems. You will develop test plans, execute functional/system tests, and maintain Python automation scripts to improve coverage.

You will explore AI-assisted verification tools, analyze data for quality insights, and collaborate with architects and developers to ensure product quality in a fast-paced, hybrid work environment.

Qualifications

Job Description

As a Junior Verification Engineer, conducts target-oriented research to support the design, development, integration, verification, testing, and maintenance of hardware, software, and systems. Contributes to the continuous improvement of products and processes, supports customer-specific feature development, and performs integration, verification, and testing (IVT) to ensure system components meet defined requirements and specifications. Maintains laboratory equipment, tools, and test environments.

Leveraged AI/ML fundamentals and AI‑assisted tools, including LLMs, Copilot, and Cursor, to enhance test generation and troubleshooting.

Troubleshot complex networking scenarios to identify root causes and validate solutions.

Collaborated with cross‑functional teams to resolve technical issues and ensure product quality.

Demonstrated a strong learning mindset and adapted quickly to fast-paced, high‑technology development environments.
