Lead Engineer – Test Automation

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and implementation of automated test scripts using Worksoft for S/4 HANA, Salesforce.com, and ServiceMax.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to understand testing requirements and develop comprehensive test plans.
• Oversee the execution of automated tests, analyze results, and report defects and issues.
• Maintain and enhance the existing test automation framework to improve efficiency and coverage.
• Mentor and guide junior team members in test automation best practices and tools.
• Continuously evaluate and integrate new automation tools and technologies to enhance testing capabilities.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in test automation.
• Perform any other activities requested by your supervisor that are in line with the incumbent’s competences and experience.
