Job summary

Hewlett Packard Enterprise is seeking a Senior Software QA Engineer to drive testing across the SDLC with a strong automation focus. You will own automation strategy, develop Python-based tests, and work within AI-enabled environments.

The role requires 8+ years experience, onsite with HPE offices in India, and collaboration with distributed cross-functional teams. Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD and Agile dynamics is essential.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of complete SDLC and experience in software testing methodology, tools, developing test strategy, test planning, test execution and test automation.
• Hands-on AI based SDLC is preferred.
• Strong automation background to be able to own automation strategy and tools required to enhance a test automation framework.
• Proficiency in programming in Python.
• Strong System Engineering Knowledge.
• Strong Knowledge of AI workflows and AI tools.
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
• Knowledge of tools and processes for functional, regression, scale testing.
• Self-motivated with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to use Jira, Confluence, and related software.
• Knowledge of Agile methodology and hands-on participation in Scrum.
• Ability to collaborate effectively across a geographically distributed cross-functional team.

Responsibilities
