Job summary

Azalio is seeking a Technical Lead to guide a team of Node.js developers in Mohali, India. The role focuses on architecture, scalable design, and secure, maintainable code across microservices.

You will mentor engineers, drive best practices, and align technical work with the company’s strategic goals. You will stay current with Node.js ecosystems (Express.js, NestJS) and promote high-quality software delivery, including performance optimization and deployment automation.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on software development experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership or managerial role.
• Experience with Node.js and related frameworks (Express.js, NestJS).
• Proven track record of delivering high-performance, scalable applications in Node.js.
• Experience with microservices architecture and RESTful API design.
• Familiarity with front-end technologies (React, Angular) is a plus.
• Strong understanding of databases (SQL and NoSQL), caching mechanisms, and cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, GCP).
