Your Impact

• Drive execution and delivery of features by collaborating with multi-functional teams, architects, product owners, and engineers

• 12+ years of Software Engineering experience with 3–5 years leading sizeable teams on fast-paced technical projects
• Experience leading large-scale distributed systems, microservices, and/or distributed architecture
• Strong verbal and written communication, organizational, and time management skills
• Comfortable working with minimal specifications in a flexible, proactive manner
• Experience with short release cycles, full software lifecycle, and public product releases
• Proven experience hiring, mentoring, and leading engineers
• Solid grasp of engineering best practices: coding standards, code reviews, SCM, CI, build, testing, and operations
• Agile/Scrum experience required
