Job summary

CLSA in Pune, Maharashtra, is seeking a seasoned software professional to deliver front-office trading applications with a focus on high-performance UI and robust memory management.

You will collaborate with BAs, GUI teams across HK, Pune, and Shenzhen, ensuring code quality through unit and functional testing while aligning with CLSA’s security and regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• 6–10 years of overall software development experience.
• Strong C# skills with high-performance UI design.
• Experience with memory debugging and UI performance tuning in WPF.
• Knowledge of web application architecture is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for timely and quality delivery of FO Trading Applications.
• Unit testing and functional testing of developed code.
• Interact with Business Analysts to understand user requirements and provide technical solutions.
• Collaborate with GUI team across HK, Pune, and Shenzhen and participate in technical discussions.
• Establish and maintain a framework for key management controls to protect CLSA information assets.
• Ensure full compliance with CLSA training and regulatory requirements for you and your team.

Key Areas of Responsibilities

• Responsible for timely and quality delivery of FO Trading Applications
• Unit testing, functional testing of the developed code
• Interact with Business Analyst to understanding user requirement challenges and provide technical solutions.
• Work closely with GUI team across HK, Pune, and Shenzhen, actively participating in technical discussions
• Establish and maintain an effective framework that provides a comprehensive and current overview of key management controls to protect the Confidentiality, Integrity and Availability of CLSA’s information assets.
• Ensure full compliance to all CLSA and required training and regulatory requirements for you and your team

Requirements

• 6 – 10 years experience with minimum 5+ years experience in software development.
• Strong C# skills, experience in designing high-performance UI
• Experience in memory debugging and performance tuning in WPF UI applications
• Web application architecture knowledge will be a plus
• Good problem-solving and structural thinking skills
• Team player and good collaborative mind-set
• Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or IT related area
