You will work hands-on with C#, .NET, microservices, Kubernetes, and CI/CD in an Agile environment, mentoring developers and shaping engineering practices to improve delivery and quality.

Qualifications

• Five+ years of professional software development experience with commercial software.
• Strong leadership and mentoring ability within an Agile team.

• Microservices, Kubernetes and CI/CD experience required.
• Experience designing RESTful APIs; solid front-end skills with HTML5/TypeScript.

Responsibilities

• Lead a software development squad to design, develop, test, and deliver high-quality software on time.

As a Senior Software Engineer (Team Lead), you will lead a development squad in designing, building, and delivering high-quality software solutions that improve supply chain operations. You will combine hands‑on software engineering with technical leadership, ensuring projects meet quality standards and delivery timelines. Working within an Agile environment, you will guide architectural decisions, promote coding best practices, and mentor developers to strengthen team performance. You will contribute directly to feature development, bug resolution, and continuous improvement across modern software applications. Using technologies such as C#, .NET, microservices, Kubernetes, and CI/CD, you will help build scalable, reliable, and maintainable solutions. Accountabilities

• Lead a software development squad to design, develop, test, and deliver high-quality software within established timelines and project requirements.
• Take ownership of the team's code quality, development processes, engineering standards, and implementation of best practices.
• Provide technical leadership and guidance on software architecture, design patterns, coding standards, and technology choices.
• Design, develop, and maintain software features and enhancements while independently resolving bugs and complex technical issues.
• Develop and maintain applications using C#, .NET, ASP.NET, and related technologies, ensuring scalability, reliability, performance, and maintainability.
• Design, implement, and integrate microservices-based architectures and HTTP/REST APIs to support effective communication between systems.
• Work with Kubernetes and CI/CD pipelines to support reliable application deployment, automated delivery, and efficient development workflows.
• Contribute to front-end development using HTML5, CSS, TypeScript, and related technologies when required.
• Design, query, and maintain relational databases, using SQL and appropriate data‑access technologies to ensure data integrity and application performance.
• Mentor junior developers by sharing technical knowledge, reviewing code, explaining development practices, and supporting their professional growth.
• Participate actively in Agile ceremonies, sprint planning, progress reviews, and collaborative problem‑solving sessions.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams and stakeholders to clarify requirements, coordinate development activities, and ensure successful delivery.
• Identify opportunities to improve development processes, engineering productivity, software quality, and team efficiency.
• Stay informed about emerging technologies, tools, frameworks, and industry practices, evaluating their potential value to the team and organization.

Requirements

• At least five years of professional software development experience, including substantial hands‑on experience building and maintaining commercial software.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience.
• Strong hands‑on experience with C# and .NET development, with at least five years of experience in C#/.NET technologies.
• Solid knowledge of ASP.NET and modern application development practices.
• Significant experience with microservices architecture, Kubernetes, and continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD) practices.
• Experience designing, developing, integrating, and consuming HTTP/REST APIs or similar service interfaces.
• Proficiency in front‑end technologies such as HTML5, CSS, and TypeScript, or equivalent technologies.
• Strong understanding of relational databases, SQL, data modeling, and database‑driven application development.
• Proven ability to deliver reliable, maintainable, high‑quality commercial software while meeting project deadlines.
• Experience providing technical guidance, mentoring developers, reviewing code, and promoting consistent engineering standards.
• Strong understanding of software architecture, design patterns, debugging techniques, and development best practices.
• Familiarity with Agile software development methodologies and collaborative team workflows.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts and collaborate effectively across functions.
• Demonstrated accountability, initiative, attention to detail, and a commitment to getting things right the first time.
• Ability to foster team morale, share knowledge proactively, and contribute to a supportive, high‑performing engineering culture.

Additional technical experience considered an advantage:

• Experience with .NET Core or .NET 5 and later versions.
• Familiarity with Entity Framework and modern object‑relational mapping techniques.
• Experience creating and consuming OData v3/v4 APIs.
• Familiarity with Azure DevOps for project management, build automation, and deployment workflows.
• Experience with Git version control and NPM package management.
