Job summary

EPAM Systems is seeking an experienced RPA Architect to design and implement automation workflows using UiPath Studio and Orchestrator, focusing on scalable end-to-end solutions for complex processes.

The role requires Maestro-based orchestration, agentic automation with LLM integration, API and enterprise-system connectivity, and close collaboration with Business Analysts and Architects to iterate quickly during POCs and ensure production readiness.

Qualifications

• 6–10 years of professional experience.
• Hands-on experience with UiPath Platform (Studio, Orchestrator).
• Background in workflow orchestration concepts (e.g., Maestro, BPMN-like thinking).
• Understanding of agentic automation and LLM integration patterns.
• Proficiency in integrating APIs, web services, and enterprise systems.
• Ability to work in fast-paced, iterative POC environments.
• Strong problem-solving mindset with focus on business outcomes.
• Nice to have familiarity with UiPath Document Understanding and UiPath AI Center.
