Job summary

Epam Systems seeks a hands-on Intelligent Automation Developer to join a cross-functional team delivering a Proof of Concept focused on end-to-end automation.

You will design and implement UiPath workflows, combining RPA bots with API integrations and AI/LLM-driven components, while leveraging Maestro for orchestration and planning for future scaling into production.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with UiPath Platform (Studio, Orchestrator)
• Background in workflow orchestration concepts (Maestro, BPMN-like thinking)
• Understanding of agentic automation and LLM integration patterns

Responsibilities

• Design and implement automation workflows using UiPath (Studio, Maestro, Orchestrator)
• Build end-to-end process automations combining RPA bots, API/service integrations, and AI/LLM-driven agentic components
• Configure process orchestration and state management using Maestro (or equivalent workflow layer)
• Integrate with external systems (SAP, APIs, internal services, etc.)
• Implement human-in-the-loop steps where required (validation, approvals, exception handling)
• Collaborate closely with Business Analysts and Architects to iterate rapidly during POC
• Support testing, deployments, and demo readiness
• Document workflows, logic, and architecture to enable future scaling into production
