Qualifications

• 4–7 years of professional software engineering experience.
• Strong proficiency in HTML/CSS.
• Solid experience with React.js and Node.js.
• Experience designing RESTful APIs and working with databases.
• Knowledge of testing (unit and integration) and code review processes.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP) and modern CI/CD tooling.
• Understanding of security, privacy, and reliability especially in healthcare data.

Responsibilities

Role Overview

We are looking for a Senior Full Stack Engineer with strong frontend expertise who can independently design, build, and deliver high-quality features across the stack. You will play a key role in shaping implementation decisions, improving engineering standards, and mentoring junior engineers.

This role is ideal for engineers who enjoy owning problems end-to-end and working closely with product, clinical, and engineering stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain end-to-end features across frontend and backend systems
• Build scalable, maintainable frontend applications using React.js
• Design and implement robust backend services and APIs using Node.js
• Own feature delivery from requirements clarification to production release
• Make thoughtful trade-offs between speed, quality, and long-term maintainability
• Write clean, well-tested, and well-documented code
• Review code from peers and raise the overall quality bar
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues, including root cause analysis
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and clinicians to refine requirements
• Ensure adherence to security, privacy, and reliability best practices, especially for healthcare data
• Actively contribute to improving engineering processes, tooling, and standards
• Use modern developer tooling, including AI-assisted development tools, to improve productivity while maintaining high standards of code quality, reliability, and maintainability.
