Job summary

CareMonitor is seeking a Senior Full Stack Developer to design, develop and maintain scalable web applications across front-end and back-end systems in Hyderabad. You will collaborate with a candid and innovative team, bringing expertise in modern frameworks, architecture and user-centric design to improve performance and product evolution.

You will lead feature development, ensure code quality and testing, and stay current with web technologies.

Qualifications

• Min 6+ years of commercial software development across front-end and back-end.
• Experience with NodeJS, Express, and microservice architecture.
• Proficiency with RESTful APIs, JSON, and networking libraries.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement new features, UIs, and APIs from wireframes and requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, scalable solutions.
• Write clean, testable code in both front-end and back-end environments.
• Develop automated unit and integration tests to ensure reliability.
• Mentor junior developers and participate in peer code reviews.
• Ensure optimal performance and smooth user experience across applications.

The Senior Full Stack Dev will play a pivotal role in designing, developing, and maintaining scalable web applications across both front-end and back-end systems. You will collaborate with a candid and innovative team, bringing expertise in modern frameworks, architecture, and user centric design. Your contributions will directly impact application performance, user experience, and product evolution.

Key Responsibilities

Feature Development

• Design and implement new features, user interfaces, and APIs from wireframes and user requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver well-architected, high-quality solutions.

Code Quality & Testing

• Write clean, organized, and testable code in both front-end and back-end environments.
• Develop automated unit and integration tests to ensure reliability.
• Participate in peer code reviews and mentor junior developers.

Performance & Innovation

• Ensure optimal application performance and seamless user experience.
• Identify and resolve bugs and performance bottlenecks.
• Stay up to date with emerging web technologies, frameworks, and best practices.
• Work closely with designers, product managers, and engineers to innovate functionality and design.
• Create and maintain extensive documentation for application development and code components.
• Communicate with users to understand their needs and recommend improvements.

Workflow & Architecture

• Setup and maintain automated workflows for progressive web app management.
• Apply architectural patterns (MVC, MVVM, MVP, Clean Architecture) to ensure scalable solutions.
• Contribute to process improvements and product roadmap discussions.

Skills & Qualifications

Front-End Expertise

• Strong understanding of responsive design and user experience principles.

Back-End Expertise

• Extensive knowledge of NodeJS, Express, and microservice architecture.
• Proficiency with RESTful APIs, JSON, and networking libraries.
• Experience with profiling, debugging, and optimizing web applications.

General Technical Skills

• Familiarity with Git, CI/CD workflows, and cloud services (AWS, Google APIs, Apple Health APIs).
• Knowledge of push notifications, authentication (OAuth), and integration with third-party APIs.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive mindset.

Experience

• Min. 6+ years of commercial software development experience across front-end and back-end.
• Proven track record of delivering high-quality, scalable applications in fast paced environments.
