State Street Corporation is seeking a Data Integration Engineer to design, build, and evolve cloud-native data integration capabilities powering the Next-Gen Data Platform within the State Street Alpha ecosystem.
You will work on microservices and serverless architectures (Azure Functions) with Java and SQL, including ongoing support for legacy Java-based import/export frameworks and Talend-based integrations.

We are seeking a Data Integration Engineer to design, build, and evolve the data integration capabilities powering the Next-Gen Data Platform within the State Street Alpha ecosystem. In this role, you will develop cloud-native, scalable, and resilient data integration services using microservices and serverless architectures, including Azure Functions. This is a hands‑on engineering role for an experienced developer with minimum 12 years of experience who enjoys solving complex data and distributed systems problems. The role combines greenfield framework development with ownership of mission‑critical enterprise integrations, including the opportunity to ramp up on and support existing internal Java-based import/export frameworks (built on Java and Pentaho Kettle) and enterprise integration frameworks built using Talend‑based solutions that remain essential to the platform.
Employees are expected to work from the office 4 days per week, in alignment with team and business needs.
