Bitpanda is seeking a Senior iOS Developer to join our cross-functional team and own the native iOS app from feature development to performance improvements, addressing bugs, and ensuring scalability for millions of users.

You will design, implement, test, and refine mobile experiences with Swift, UIKit and SwiftUI, collaborate closely with product and design, and champion code quality, testing, accessibility, and performance.

Your Mission

As a Senior iOS Developer at Bitpanda, you will work on the development of our native iOS app as part of a cross functional team. Next to hands-on feature development you are responsible for non-functional requirements like performance, quality and scalability of the application.

What You’ll Do

Design, develop, and maintain advanced features for the iOS platform, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to deliver a smooth, user-centric trading experience. Ensure code quality through extensive testing to meet functional requirements and uphold our quality standards. Own and enhance your area of the app by addressing bugs, monitoring and optimizing performance, and implementing improvements to app functionalities. Stay updated on development trends, integrating new techniques and tools to continuously refine the app.

Who You Are

Passionate about mobile platforms and skilled at translating complex requirements into a streamlined, user-friendly trading experience. Proficient in Swift with strong knowledge of iOS best practices, software architecture patterns, UIKit, and SwiftUI. Experienced in building, testing, and refining mobile applications, with a proven track record. Strong UI/UX & design orientation. Takes ownership of your work, proactively enhancing and adding value beyond initial requirements.
