Job summary

RX Global, a global leader in events and exhibitions, seeks a Senior Software Engineer II to design and deliver scalable software across services. You will own end-to-end delivery, turning complex requirements into secure, resilient systems that drive real business and customer value.

You will act as a SME, raising engineering excellence, reliability, and team capability. Join a cross-functional, globally distributed product delivery team and help shape scalable platforms, while mentoring

Qualifications

• Experience delivering complex, globally available multi-tenant systems.
• Strong understanding of system design, Domain Driven Design, APIs, and event-driven architectures.
• Experience with cloud platforms (preferably AWS) and modern DevSecOps practices.
• Strong testing discipline and focus on quality and operational excellence.
• Ability to solve complex problems and balance technical trade-offs.
• Confident communicator across cross-functional and global agile product delivery teams.
• Exposure to AI Prompting and Agentic workflows.

Requirements:
