What You’ll Need

• 6+ years of software development experience with strong backend engineering expertise.
• Strong hands‑on experience with Go / Golang.
• Proven experience building REST APIs, backend services, and microservices.
• Strong understanding of Go concurrency, goroutines, channels, error handling, and interfaces.
• Good knowledge of data structures, algorithms, design principles, and API design.
• Experience with SQL and/or NoSQL databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, DynamoDB, etc.
• Hands‑on experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
• Experience with at least one major cloud platform — AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Strong experience with Git, CI/CD, debugging, and production troubleshooting.
• Strong problem‑solving, communication, and collaboration skills.

Good to Have

• Experience with gRPC, Kafka/RabbitMQ, Redis, or event‑driven architectures.
• Experience with AWS services and cloud‑native application development.
• Knowledge of Prometheus, Grafana, OpenTelemetry, ELK, or similar observability tools.
• Experience with Linux, Bash, Terraform, or Infrastructure as Code.
• Exposure to Python or Node.js.
• Experience building high‑scale, distributed systems.
