Job summary

BuildxPartners client in Coimbatore is seeking a Senior Software Engineer with strong experience in Embedded Linux and automotive systems. The role requires hands-on expertise in Linux kernel, device drivers, BSP development, board bring-up and low-level debugging.

6–8 years of Embedded/Automotive Linux development, solid C programming, SoC/BSP work, kernel config and build, and ARM/ARM64 guidance. Experience with Yocto/BitBake and cross-compilation is desired.

Key Responsibilities & Requirements

• 6–8 years of experience in Embedded/Automotive Linux development .
• Strong hands-on experience in Linux Kernel and Device Driver development .
• Strong proficiency in C programming and Linux kernel debugging.
• Experience in SoC/BSP development and board bring-up .
• Good knowledge of Device Tree, Kernel configuration, and Kernel build .
• Hands-on experience with ARM/ARM64 architecture .
