Job summary

Pivotree is seeking an experienced Senior Software Engineer with strong Fluent Commerce Order Management System expertise to design, develop, and support enterprise-grade OMS solutions.

You will build scalable integrations, work with ERP/WMS, payment gateways, CRM, and eCommerce platforms, and participate in Agile ceremonies while mentoring junior developers. A solid background in REST APIs, JSON, and event-driven architectures is required.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of software development experience.
• 2–3+ years of Fluent Commerce OMS experience.
• Strong understanding of OMS and DOM.
• Experience with REST APIs, JSON, webhooks, and asynchronous integrations.
• Experience integrating ERP, WMS, payment gateways, and eCommerce platforms.
• Strong debugging and Agile experience.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain Fluent Commerce OMS solutions.
• Configure and customize Fluent Commerce workflows.
• Develop scalable API-driven and event-based integrations.
• Build integrations with ERP, WMS, payment gateways, CRM, loyalty, and eCommerce platforms.

• Perform unit testing, troubleshooting, production support, and root cause analysis.
