Job summary

IDfy in Mumbai, India is seeking an experienced DevOps Engineer to design, deploy, and optimize cloud-native architectures. You will manage end-to-end CI/CD pipelines and implement DevSecOps practices to ensure secure, scalable software delivery.

The role requires hands-on cloud expertise (AWS/GCP/Azure), IaC with Terraform, Kubernetes, and strong collaboration with product teams. Client-facing communication and an automation-first mindset are essential.

Qualifications

• 3–6 years of experience in DevOps / Cloud.
• Expertise in cloud platforms (AWS / GCP / Azure) with ability to design architecture from scratch.
• Implemented production-grade cloud setups end-to-end.
• Hands-on with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform / CloudFormation).
• Strong experience with CI/CD systems (GitLab CI/ Jenkins / GitHub Actions) and DevSecOps practices.
• Hands-on expertise in Kubernetes, containerization, and microservices architectures.
• Strong observability knowledge (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK).
• Able to lead, mentor and drive technical decisions across teams.
• Excellent communication for client-facing environments.
• Automation-first mindset focused on scalability, reliability, and performance.
• Bonus: exposure to ML Ops / data platforms.

Responsibilities

• Own and optimize end-to-end CI/CD pipelines powering IDfy’s digital fraud platform.
• Work hands-on with GitLab CI, Jenkins, or GitHub Actions to build automated workflows for build, test, deploy and release.
• Implement DevSecOps practices — SAST, DAST, dependency scanning, policy enforcement.
• Architect, operate, and evolve our Observability stack: Prometheus, Grafana, Alertmanager, Elastic Stack.
• Optional: implement and maintain GitOps deployments with ArgoCD or Flux.
• Automate deployments, testing, environment setup, and release workflows.
• Collaborate with engineering and product teams to ensure fast, secure, and reliable delivery cycles.
• Troubleshoot production and pipeline issues with a focus on reliability and root-cause elimination.
