Job summary

Baldor Technologies is seeking a Tech Lead DevOps to own the end-to-end cloud architecture for IDfy's platform, ensuring scalability, security, and cost efficiency in Mumbai. You'll lead production-grade infra setups across cloud environments and drive DevOps strategy for multiple teams.

You will mentor engineers, guide architectural decisions, and collaborate with engineering, product, and data teams to enable DevOps and ML Ops ecosystems while engaging with clients to translate requirements

Qualifications

• 8–12+ years of experience in DevOps / Cloud / Platform Engineering
• Deep expertise in cloud platforms (AWS / GCP / Azure) with the ability to design architecture from scratch
• Multiple production-grade cloud setups end-to-end
• Hands-on experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform / CloudFormation)
• Strong experience with CI/CD systems (GitLab CI / Jenkins / GitHub Actions) and DevSecOps practices
• Hands-on expertise in Kubernetes, containerization, and microservices architectures
• Strong knowledge of observability, monitoring, and reliability engineering (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK)
• Ability to lead, mentor, and drive technical decisions across teams
• Excellent communication and client-facing abilities
• Automation-first mindset focused on scalability, reliability, and performance
• Exposure to ML Ops / data platforms

Responsibilities

• Act as a technical leader in client discussions, translating requirements into scalable solutions

• Proactively identify risks, optimize costs, and drive continuous improvement across infrastructure

As a Tech Lead DevOps, youll own the end-to-end cloud architecture, lead large-scale production setups, and drive platform reliability for ourfraud detection and trust systems.You'll operate at a strategic level while staying hands-on -guiding teams, influencing engineering decisions, and working directly with clients to design robust, scalable infrastructure.

• Have hands-on expertise inKubernetes, containerization, and microservices-based architectures
