Job summary

LevelShift is seeking a Senior Software Engineer Delphix to design, implement, and manage enterprise-grade Test Data Management solutions using Delphix, GenRocket, and cloud data platforms. You will configure Delphix, build automation, and develop data masking and synthetic data generation pipelines.

You will work across data virtualization, data privacy, and data integration, collaborating with onshore/offshore teams to ensure secure, compliant, and efficient test data delivery.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Test Data Management, Data Engineering, Data Masking, or related technologies.
• Strong hands-on experience with Delphix Continuous Data Engine and enterprise TDM solutions.

Are you a passionate and technically strong Delphix and Test Data Management professional looking to work on enterprise-scale data virtualization, data masking, synthetic data generation, and cloud data integration?Join LevelShift as a Senior Software Engineer Delphix, where you'll design, implement, and manage modern Test Data Management solutions using Delphix, GenRocket, and cloud data platforms. You'll work across data virtualization, data masking, data privacy, synthetic data generation, automation, and data integration to enable secure, compliant, and efficient delivery of enterprise test data.What You'll DoAs a Senior Software Engineer Delphix at LevelShift, you will:Configure, administer, and manage the Delphix Continuous Data Engine, including dSources, VDB provisioning, refresh, snapshots, retention policies, hooks, and data virtualization workflows.Perform data profiling, classification, masking, and ruleset management using Delphix Continuous Compliance Engine, DCS, and Delphix Compliance Services across databases, cloud, and SaaS data sources.Administer Delphix Data Control Tower (DCT), including user and access management, environment monitoring, VDB provisioning, governance, and reporting.Work with Delphix DCD, ASDD, Hyperscale, and related Delphix capabilities to support enterprise-scale Test Data Management requirements.Develop and maintain Delphix automation using DXToolkit, Python, REST APIs, and scripted workflows to automate provisioning, refresh, masking, and operational activities.Develop and maintain GenRocket solutions for synthetic data generation and AI/ML dataset creation.Design and implement Azure Data Factory pipelines and data integration workflows for secure delivery of masked and synthetic test data.Develop custom masking algorithms, rules, and technical solutions for complex or unsupported data sources and business use cases.Perform regular health checks, monitoring, troubleshooting, and performance optimization of Delphix virtualization and masking environments.Design and execute test cases and end-to-end validation for Delphix solutions, data pipelines, masking processes, and consuming applications.Implement security, access control, data privacy, and governance controls across SQL Server, MySQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle, DB2, SAP HANA, Hive, and mainframe-sourced data.Work with modern data platforms including Microsoft Fabric, Databricks, Azure SQL, and AWS to support enterprise data integration and test data delivery.Troubleshoot connectivity, provisioning, masking, pipeline, integration, and performance issues and resolve them within agreed SLAs.Create and maintain technical documentation, configuration guides, architecture documents, and operational procedures.Collaborate with onshore leads, architects, engineering teams, and customer stakeholders to ensure smooth delivery, knowledge transfer, and operational handover.How This Role Uses AIShould be comfortable using AI tools to improve Test Data Management, data engineering, automation, troubleshooting, and operational productivity while applying appropriate security, privacy, and data validation practices.Utilize AI-assisted tools platforms to accelerate development and operational activities.Your Skillset5+ years of experience in Test Data Management, Data Engineering, Data Masking, Data Privacy, Data Virtualization, or related technologies.Strong hands-on experience with Delphix Continuous Data Engine and enterprise Test Data Management solutions.Strong experience with Delphix Continuous Compliance Engine, DCS, and Delphix Compliance Services for data profiling and masking.Hands-on experience with Delphix Data Control Tower (DCT), including administration, access management, monitoring, provisioning, and governance.Experience with Delphix DCD, ASDD, Hyperscale, or equivalent Delphix capabilities is highly desirable.Strong experience with Delphix DXToolkit, Python, REST APIs, and automation/scripting.Hands-on experience with GenRocket for synthetic data generation and AI/ML dataset generation.Strong understanding of data masking, data privatization, data classification, data compliance, and sensitive data protection.Strong database experience with one or more of SQL Server, MySQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle, DB2, SAP HANA, and Hive.Experience working with mainframe-sourced data is an advantage.Hands-on experience with Azure Data Factory and data integration pipelines.Experience with modern data platforms such as Microsoft Fabric, Databricks, Azure SQL, and AWS.Strong understanding of SQL, ETL/data integration, APIs, scripting, and data workflows.Experience designing and implementing custom masking algorithms, rulesets, and technical workarounds for complex data sources.Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills across virtualization, masking, provisioning, connectivity, and data pipeline environments.Good understanding of data security, governance, compliance, and access controls.Experience working in enterprise environments with SLA-driven support, production operations, and incident resolution.Strong communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to work effectively with architects, technical leads, customer teams, and distributed/onshore-offshore teams.Ability to create technical documentation, operational procedures,
