Job summary

LevelShift is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to design and manage synthetic data with GenRocket and configure Delphix for enterprise testing. You will automate data provisioning using APIs and scripting, and build ETL/ELT pipelines across Azure-based platforms.

The role requires hands-on experience with data governance, GDPR/HIPAA/CCPA compliance, and mentoring peers to promote automation and best practices.

Qualifications

• GenRocket synthetic data / AI-ML datasets certification required.
• Delphix continuous data management and masking capabilities certification required.
• Experience with large-scale data platforms and governance practices.

Responsibilities

• Design and manage GenRocket synthetic data for functional, performance, negative-path, and AI/ML testing.
• Configure Delphix VDBs, dSources, masking, anonymization, cloning, and point-in-time recovery.
• Automate data refresh, masking, and environment provisioning using Delphix APIs, DXToolkit, Python, PySpark, and Shell scripting.
• Build ETL/ELT pipelines using SSIS, Azure Data Factory, Microsoft Fabric, and Databricks.
• Perform data mining, extraction, cleansing, transformation, and loading across enterprise data sources.
• Develop Power BI, Tableau, and SSRS dashboards for data quality, coverage, and compliance reporting.
• Integrate Delphix with Azure Data Factory, Power BI, and cloud data platforms.
• Support API development, schema documentation, troubleshooting, and application integration.
• Ensure GDPR, HIPAA, CCPA compliance, information security, and data governance standards.
• Conduct code reviews, develop reusable components, and drive continuous process automation.
• Mentor engineers through knowledge-sharing sessions and technical guidance.
