Job summary

YouTrip is seeking a Senior Software Engineer with strong Golang expertise to design, build, and scale secure server-side services. You will contribute across the stack, mentor peers, and collaborate with cross-functional teams in a fast-growing fintech environment.

You will lead performance improvements, implement tests, and help shape architectural decisions while staying current with emerging technologies. This role emphasizes reliability, scalability, and high-quality software delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, or a related field.
• 5+ years of software development experience, with substantial experience in Golang and cloud infrastructure.
• Expert-level proficiency in designing and developing high-performance, concurrent applications with Golang.
• Experience with distributed systems, microservices architecture, and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Solid knowledge of software testing methodologies and tools, including unit and integration testing for Golang.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of high-availability, secure server-side Golang applications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements, architect solutions, and deliver high-quality software products.
• Mentor and guide junior engineers to foster skill development within the team.
