Qualifications

• Strong experience building backend applications with Java and Spring Boot.
• Experience designing, building, and operating scalable SaaS backend systems in cloud environments.
• Solid understanding of software architecture, distributed systems, and modern engineering practices.
• Hands-on experience integrating AI into products and development workflows.
• Familiarity with LangChain, LangGraph, and similar AI tooling.
• Proficiency with AI engineering tools such as Claude Code, Codex, Cursor, NotebookLM.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and collaboration skills.
• Growth mindset and curiosity for applying AI to software delivery.

What You'll Bring

Required

• Strong experience building backend applications with Java and Spring Boot.
• Experience designing, building, and operating scalable software systems in cloud-based SaaS environments.
• Strong understanding of software architecture, distributed systems, and modern engineering practices.
• Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP, as well as CI/CD pipelines and containerized environments.
• Hands-on experience integrating AI into products, engineering workflows, or software development processes.
• Familiarity with AI development frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, or similar technologies.
• Strong proficiency with modern AI engineering tools such as Claude Code, Codex, Cursor, NotebookLM, or similar solutions.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and collaboration skills.
• A growth mindset and enthusiasm for exploring new ways to build software using AI.

Nice to Have

• Experience with agent architectures, orchestration frameworks, or AI-powered SaaS products.
• Experience building internal AI platforms, agents, or developer productivity tooling.
• Knowledge of RAG architectures and modern LLM application patterns.
• Python experience for automation and AI-related development.
• Experience with Kubernetes and cloud-native infrastructure.
