Job summary

You will mentor engineers, set quality benchmarks, and collaborate across international teams to accelerate delivery while ensuring security and performance.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of full-stack software engineering experience focused on performance, security, and scalability.
• Deep expertise in React, TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML/CSS, C#, .NET, and .NET Core RESTful APIs.
• Experience with public cloud infrastructure (Azure) and cloud-native services, CI/CD, Docker, and SQL Server optimization.

Responsibilities

• Spearhead full-lifecycle software development from rapid prototyping to deploying scalable cloud solutions using AI-assisted tools.
• Architect and optimize responsive front-end components integrated with robust back-end services.
• Establish quality benchmarks and code review frameworks to audit AI-generated code for security and performance.
• Drive AI-first development adoption across international teams, mentoring engineers on prompt-driven development and context management.
