Interview Kickstart is seeking an experienced DevSecOps Engineer to safeguard and scale our AI-first infrastructure. You will collaborate with developers, product managers, and ML teams to deliver reliable, secure, and scalable systems that power our remote platform.

The role emphasizes AWS, Kubernetes, Docker, CI/CD, IaC (Terraform/CloudFormation), and ML lifecycle management, with mentoring of junior engineers and on-call duties.

ROLE OVERVIEW:

As an DevSecOps Engineer at Interview Kickstart, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation and continuous improvement of our infrastructure. You will collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to deliver high-quality, reliable, and scalable systems that support our platform and services.

• Implementing DevSecOps practices: integrating security scans, IAM policies, and compliance automation.
• Building monitoring, logging, and alerting systems to ensure high availability and performance.
• Optimizing workloads for cost, reliability, and scalability (across API services, web apps, and ML model serving).
• Handling on-call issues across infrastructure, deployments, and ML pipelines.
• Driving best practices in infrastructure security, cost governance, and reliability engineering.
• Mentoring junior DevSecMLOps engineers and collaborating closely with ML, Dev, and Product teams
