Interview Kickstart is seeking a DevOps Engineer to own and enhance our infrastructure, working with developers, product teams, and stakeholders to deliver scalable, secure systems for our remote-first platform.

You will lead CI/CD pipelines, implement DevSecOps practices, and manage ML workflows while optimizing costs and performance across services. Strong Python/Bash skills and experience with AWS, Kubernetes, Docker, and IaC are essential.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in DevOps and security practices.
• Proven expertise with AWS, Kubernetes/Docker, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Hands-on with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform/CloudFormation).
• Scripting skills in Python and Bash plus monitoring/logging focus.

• Manage and improve CI/CD pipelines for deployments and ML workloads.
• Implement DevSecOps: security scans, IAM policies, and compliance automation.
• Build and maintain monitoring, logging, and alerting systems for reliability.
• Optimize workloads for cost, reliability, and scalability across APIs, apps, and ML serving.
• Handle on-call issues across infra, deployments, and ML pipelines.
• Mentor junior DevSecMLOps engineers and collaborate with ML, Dev, and Product teams.

As an DevOps Engineer at Interview Kickstart, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation and continuous improvement of our infrastructure. You will collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to deliver high-quality, reliable, and scalable systems that support our platform and services.

• Mentoring junior DevSecMLOps engineers and collaborating closely with ML, Dev, and Product teams.
