Qualifications

• 3-6 years of professional software engineering experience in high-frequency trading or other performance-critical environments.

The Team

As a Senior Software Engineer, you’ll contribute to the design, development, and optimisation of the core systems that power our trading platform. Working alongside experienced engineers, you’ll build software that performs reliably under real‑world market conditions while continuously improving latency, scalability, and maintainability.

Your Work May Include

• Designing, developing, and optimising high‑performance applications using modern C++.

What We’re Looking For

You Should Have

• 3‑6 years of professional software engineering experience, preferably in high‑frequency trading, algorithmic trading, or another performance‑critical environment.
• Strong proficiency in modern C++ with a proven track record of writing efficient, maintainable production code.
• Excellent understanding of data structures, algorithms, and computational complexity.
• Strong knowledge of operating systems, memory management, concurrency, and multithreaded programming.
• Familiarity with Linux development environments and systems programming.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
• Curiosity, adaptability, and a desire to continuously learn and improve.

Prior experience in HFT or electronic trading is preferred but not mandatory. Exceptional systems engineers from other performance‑critical domains are encouraged to apply.
