We are looking for a highly skilled and self-motivated Senior Software Engineer to lead the design, development, and deployment of enterprise-grade software applications using open-source technologies.

The ideal candidate should have extensive hands-on experience in developing desktop, web, and mobile applications, designing robust MySQL databases, implementing AI-powered solutions, and automating complex business processes. This role requires someone who can independently manage the complete software development lifecycle while ensuring scalability, performance, and security.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain enterprise desktop, web, and mobile applications.


• Architect scalable and maintainable software solutions using open-source technologies.


• Design, develop, and optimize MySQL databases for performance and reliability.


• Develop RESTful APIs and integrate third-party applications and services.


• Build AI-powered dashboards, analytics, reporting, and intelligent automation solutions.


• Automate business workflows and eliminate manual processes.


• Implement secure authentication, authorization, and role-based access control.


• Ensure data security through encryption for data at rest and in transit.


• Optimize application performance and troubleshoot production issues.


• Participate in solution architecture, code reviews, and technical documentation.


• Work closely with business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.


• Independently manage projects from concept, development, testing, deployment, and production support.

Technical Skills

Programming

• Strong experience in Python, Java, PHP, or Node.js.


• Strong understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP), Design Patterns, and Software Architecture.


• Experience developing Desktop Applications using Electron, Qt, GTK, or similar frameworks.


• Experience with mobile application development using Flutter, React Native, Android, or iOS is an advantage.

Database

• Expert knowledge of MySQL.


• Database design, normalization, indexing, stored procedures, replication, backup, recovery, and query optimization.


• Experience with PostgreSQL, MongoDB is desirable.

AI & Automation

• Experience integrating AI platforms and Large Language Models (LLMs).


• Hands-on experience with OpenAI, Ollama, Llama, Mistral, DeepSeek, Hugging Face, LangChain, or similar technologies.


• Experience building AI-powered dashboards, reporting platforms, chatbots, document intelligence, or workflow automation solutions.

Security

• Strong understanding of secure software development.


• Experience implementing AES-256 encryption, SSL/TLS, JWT, OAuth2, and Role-Based Access Control (RBAC).


• Knowledge of OWASP Top 10 security practices and secure coding standards.

DevOps & Infrastructure

• Docker and containerized deployments.


• Git, GitLab/GitHub, Jenkins or CI/CD pipelines.


• Experience deploying applications on cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure is desirable.
