Job summary

Shore Infotech India is seeking a Senior Full Stack Engineer to design, build, and deliver scalable, production-grade applications. You will own features end-to-end, working with React on the frontend and NestJS on the backend, and leverage Kafka-based event-driven systems and Kubernetes for deployment.

You will optimize PostgreSQL queries, work with Elasticsearch mappings, and contribute to AWS EMR/PySpark workflows while driving performance and reliability across the stack.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4+ years of full-stack development using TypeScript and modern frameworks.
• Strong hands-on experience with React and Node.js/NestJS.
• Experience designing GraphQL schemas, resolvers, and Apollo Server.
• Advanced SQL skills with PostgreSQL performance tuning.

Job Summary

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Full Stack Engineer to design, build, and deliver scalable, production-grade applications. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise across the complete technology stack, including React, TypeScript, Node.js (NestJS), GraphQL, PostgreSQL, Kafka, Kubernetes, Elasticsearch, and AWS. This role requires ownership of features from design to deployment, with hands-on experience in cloud infrastructure, event-driven architectures, and modern DevOps practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Own product features end-to-end, from requirement analysis and technical design to implementation, testing, deployment, and production support.


• Design, develop, and maintain scalable full-stack applications using React on the frontend and NestJS/Node.js microservices on the backend.


• Build and maintain Kafka-based event-driven systems, including topic design, consumer groups, offset management, replay strategies, and failure recovery.


• Deploy and manage applications on Kubernetes, including Helm chart development, resource optimization, cluster troubleshooting, and environment management.


• Develop and optimize complex PostgreSQL queries, stored procedures, CTEs, indexing strategies, and query performance.


• Design and optimize Elasticsearch mappings, Query DSL, aggregations, indexing, and search performance.


• Contribute to AWS EMR notebooks and PySpark data processing workflows.


• Optimize frontend performance through lazy loading, memoization, virtualization, and efficient rendering techniques.


• Build and manage Kubernetes CronJobs for scheduled data processing and system maintenance.


• Participate in architectural discussions, scalability planning, and technical design reviews.


• Collaborate closely with Product, Design, and Engineering teams to deliver high-quality software.


• Write clean, maintainable, and thoroughly tested code while following CI/CD best practices.


• Continuously learn and adopt new technologies as the engineering stack evolves.

Required Skills

• 4+ years of experience with TypeScript and advanced programming concepts.


• Strong hands-on experience with React, Hooks, Redux Toolkit (RTK Query), and frontend performance optimization.


• 4+ years of backend development using Node.js and NestJS.


• Experience designing and optimizing GraphQL schemas, resolvers, and Apollo Server.


• Advanced SQL expertise, including stored procedures, CTEs, query optimization, and indexing.


• Strong knowledge of PostgreSQL database design, migrations, and performance tuning.


• Hands-on experience with Kafka, including producers, consumers, partitions, replay strategies, and Dead Letter Queues (DLQ).


• Practical experience managing Kubernetes clusters, Helm Charts, Autoscaling (HPA), CronJobs, and troubleshooting production environments.


• Experience with AWS services including EKS, S3, RDS, MSK, Athena, and EMR.


• Experience writing and maintaining Python/PySpark data pipelines.


• Strong understanding of scalable distributed systems, infrastructure optimization, and event-driven architectures.


• Experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and automated testing.

Preferred Skills

• Infrastructure as Code (Terraform).


• Go programming language.


• Monitoring and observability tools such as Datadog, Prometheus, Grafana, PagerDuty, or similar.


• Experience with production logging, alerting, and dashboard creation.

AI & Emerging Technology (Preferred)

• Experience integrating OpenAI GPT, Anthropic Claude, or similar LLM APIs into production applications.


• Knowledge of AI frameworks such as LangChain.js, Vercel AI SDK, or similar.


• Experience with Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) and vector databases.


• Understanding of prompt engineering, function calling, structured outputs, and AI agent architectures.


• Familiarity with AI application reliability, monitoring, and observability.
