You will gather requirements with process experts, design and deploy bots, and ensure the lifecycle from development to deployment is executed with best practices. 4 to 6 years of hands-on UiPath experience, strong communication, and a finance automation background are required.

Qualifications

4 to 6 years of experience in RPA with UiPath.
End-to-end RPA lifecycle experience including design, development, testing and deployment.
Strong experience with UiPath Orchestrator, RE Framework, and Document Understanding.

Responsibilities

Gather and analyze business requirements for automation initiatives.
Design, develop, test, and deploy RPA bots using UiPath.
Collaborate with process experts to identify and implement process improvement opportunities.
Design future‑state automation solutions and obtain review/sign‑off from process experts.
Perform Proof of Concepts to assess automation feasibility.
Translate business and technical requirements into technical designs.
Conduct feasibility studies and identify process/technical gaps.
Develop functional and non‑functional system requirements.
Deliver automation solutions within agreed timelines.
Participate in peer reviews and ensure code adheres to defined design standards.
Support the complete RPA lifecycle from requirement gathering through deployment and implementation.
