Role Overview

We are looking for a highly motivated Senior Engineer with hands‑on experience in RPA development and enterprise automation solutions. The ideal candidate should possess strong technical expertise, excellent problem‑solving capabilities, and the ability to work directly with customers to design, develop, and deploy automation solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze business requirements and identify automation opportunities.
• Design, develop, test, and deploy scalable automation workflows and solutions.
• Build integrations using APIs, REST services, and third‑party enterprise applications.
• Ensure adherence to coding standards, quality guidelines, and best practices.
• Collaborate with customers, business teams, and cross‑functional stakeholders to deliver successful implementations.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues during development, deployment, and production support.
• Prepare technical documentation and knowledge‑transfer materials.
• Ensure timely delivery of high‑quality solutions in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environment.

Required Technical Skills

• Hands‑on experience in any leading RPA platform:
  • AutomationEdge, UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism, or similar automation technologies
• Experience with:
  • Java Selenium, REST APIs, Web Services, System Integrations, API‑based automation development

Required Non-Technical Skills

Educational Qualification

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or any related discipline.
• Relevant certifications in RPA or Automation technologies will be an added advantage.
